How to Calm yourself

Konichiwa minna! Today I'm going to show you how to become more calm and happy, relaxed and concerated.

1. Mediate yourself

Do some yoga before bed. It helped me A LOT. Before you do go asleep, cross your hands on your belly laying down and breath for a couple minutes. This will help if you have a religion: do a silent prayer (How many times do I gotta say that?) or speak it out. And if you dont have one, reflect in silence.

2. Put on sleep oils

If your're a girl, Bath and Body Works is for you. Essential oils from other places is fine too. Before you go to bed, put some lotion or oils on you. In no time, you'll sleep like a baby!


3. Be a little risky

Play outside without a jacket, try to become a big foot, whatever! Your parents wont know about this.


4. Listen to music

You can listen to your favorite album non-stop, or listen to relaxing music. Try to listen to the mood.
